With a collaborative culture that values creativity, innovation, and continuous learning, DAZN offers an exciting environment to develop your editing skills and build a long-term career in sports broadcasting.The Role:As a Junior Editor, you will support the Post Production team in creating high-quality short-form and mid-form content across DAZN's broadcast, digital, and social platforms. Working alongside experienced Editors, Producers, and Post Producers, you'll help bring compelling sports stories to life through engaging edits while developing both your technical expertise and creative capabilities. You'll work across a wide variety of sports, markets, and audiences, supporting content from concept through to delivery while maintaining the high editorial and technical standards expected across DAZN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a career in sports post-production within a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative production environment.What You'll Be Doing:Supporting the editing of short-form and mid-form content for broadcast, the DAZN platform, and social channelsAssisting Editors and Producers with project preparation, media management, and content deliveryEditing promotional content, highlights, social assets, and digital marketing materialsInterpreting creative briefs while following established edit styles, brand guidelines, and production timelinesPreparing projects for review and implementing creative and technical feedbackManaging multiple editing tasks while providing regular progress updatesCollaborating with Editors, Producers, and Post Producers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest qualityMaintaining organised project files and supporting efficient post-production workflowsCommunicating any production risks or scheduling issues that may impact deliverySupporting live event broadcasts, including occasional evening and weekend work when requiredWhat You'll Bring:Some experience in video editing or media production through employment, internships, freelance work, or educationWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Premiere ProAn understanding of post-production workflows and broadcast or digital content deliveryBasic knowledge of colour correction, audio editing, and media export processesStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailIt's even better if you have:Experience using Adobe After EffectsA passion for sport, particularly Boxing, NFL, and footballExcellent communication and collaboration skillsThe ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlinesA portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills and creative potentialBenefitsBenefits include access to DAZN, 25 days' annual leave (increasing by 3 days after 3 years), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension contributions up to 5%, family friendly community including enhanced parental leave, electric vehicle benefit option, learning and development resources, opportunity for flexible working, and access to our internal speaker series and events.About DAZNAt DAZN, we bring ambition to life.
