Junior Videographer and Editor

We're looking for a creative, driven and highly dependable food-loving cam op and editor to join our Youtube Production team.
Do you have a passion for storytelling through creative videography and personality filled edits - and a love and and knowledge of creating hi-quality Youtube content? If so - let's talk!

Key Responsibilities:
Filming: Capture high-quality video content for a range of editorial content. This includes on-location shoots, studio settings, and remote live productions.
Editing: Edit on Premiere Pro to create polished, engaging content that aligns with our brand's vision and style. This includes narrative composition, colour grading, sound design, motion graphics and ensuring the final product meets high production values.
Collaboration: Partner with other departments, including marketing, social media, and product teams, to ensure that all video content meets strategic objectives.
Post-production: Manage the post-production workflow, including file organisation, asset management, and ensuring timely delivery of weekly YouTube content.
Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest video trends, production techniques, and technologies to continuously elevate the quality and creativity of our content.

Key Requirements:
Demonstrable experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content and the latest filming/editing techniques. (Studio, location and live production)

Demonstrable experience in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of studio lighting, Sony camera operation, and production workflows.
Excellent and creative editing skills, with experience in colour grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high production standards.
Extensive knowledge and interest in YouTube content production with an understanding of platform best practices and channel metrics.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A passion for food, travel, and storytelling.

Desirable Skills:
Experience with additional video production tools (Photoshop and Da Vinci Resolve).
Knowledge of social media video formats, edit styles and optimisation for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Experience in both studio and location-based shoots.
