We're here to constantly raise and set the standards of what great looks like, supporting all our markets to deliver a plan which puts digital first and helps us meet our ambitious growth targets.The OpportunityMattel's EMEA Marketing team is seeking a Digital Associate - Media (Dolls Brands) who will be a key part of the newly formed Media Planning team, reporting to the Senior Manager Digital Marketing. Focused on driving best in class media strategy, brand planning and innovation. The position will have an active role in shaping the media approach for the EMEA markets across the whole media landscape for our key audiences of Shopper and Kid. To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for digital media, be familiar with the wider media landscape and key platforms as well as having a keen eye for identifying trends and make data lead decisions. A passion for innovation and change is a must!What Your Impact Will Be:Supporting the Senior Digital Manager in delivering the key Brand, Product and Content campaigns for EMEAManage data and interpret performance reports across the whole media landscape.Support local markets in making recommendations on where to invest in paid media effectively and efficientlyEducate and drive best practice with brand teams and local marketsHelp drive the innovation and learning agenda for the regionEffectively drive change and work cohesively with the Global Brand TeamsPlay a strong part in our relationship with our lead media agency, being the first point of contact in the day-to-day running of the accountsFoster strong working relationship with external partners and establishing best practices in digital marketingWorking closely with digital managers in EMEA markets to support them in delivering their performance objectivesSupporting the Media Operations team in achieving KPIsWhat We're Looking For:3 + years of relevant experience in DigitalDegree in Marketing or Business or similarPersonable, enthusiastic, and confident, able to build good relationshipsExcellent organization and communication, with a strong attention to detailStrong ability to multi-task.Team player, flexible, pro-active, and self-motivated with the desire to help drive the business forwardWhat It's Like to Work HereWe are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
