Brand Content Coordinator

London

We're living in a content-first world-where videos, reels, and stories shape how people discover, connect, and fall in love with brands. At Slerp, we're on a mission to help restaurants, cafés, and bakeries take back control of their online ordering and customer relationships. And we're looking for a Brand Content Coordinator to help tell their stories.

You'll help us turn real-life success into content that educates, inspires, and drives action-from Instagram and LinkedIn posts to case study videos and newsletters. Whether you're on location with a partner capturing behind-the-scenes moments, or editing a clip that shows off a mouthwatering new menu item-you'll be helping the brands people already love grow even stronger through tech.

We're not looking for an expert. We're looking for someone curious, creative, and hungry to learn. If you're already making content for fun-whether that's short videos, blog posts, or photography-you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing
Content Creation & Storytelling
Make scroll-stopping short-form video content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube-both behind and in front of the camera.
Edit videos that showcase the growth stories of our partners and how direct ordering is changing the game.
Work directly with restaurants, cafés, and bakeries to gather reviews, testimonials, and case study material.
Turn great stories into great content across multiple formats-social, email, blog, and more.

Marketing Support
Help build and run email marketing campaigns using HubSpot-writing content, and testing ideas.
Capture content around events, launches, and campaigns that bring our community together.

Social & Community Engagement
Manage and grow Slerp's social presence across Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Engage with our community, reshare partner content, and jump into relevant conversations.

What We're Looking For
You're excited to build a career in marketing and know content is where you want to start.
You're already creating content-whether for yourself or others-and want to take it to the next level.
You love food, hospitality, and the buzz of restaurant culture-and want to support the people behind it.
You're confident in front of the camera and love crafting stories behind it.
You can use basic tools like CapCut & Canva, to create sharp, social-ready content.
You're organised, reliable, and ready to jump into a fast-paced team.
You're comfortable chatting with our partners, asking good questions, and pulling out their best stories.
Why This Role, and Why Slerp?
At Slerp, we're building more than software-we're helping the hospitality industry take back control. Our platform powers delivery, click & collect, loyalty, catering, and more-all under the restaurant's own brand. We work with some of the best names in food, and we're just getting started.

Your content won't just promote a product. It will highlight how tech is enabling restaurants to thrive, build loyalty, and connect directly with their customers. You'll take what people already love-great food, beautiful brands, and the energy of hospitality-and tell the story of how it's being elevated through smart tools and better experiences.

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, ambitious team where you'll have creative freedom, learn fast, and make an immediate impact.

Sound like you?

Send us something that shows your creativity-your TikTok, your Reels, a short video intro, or anything that tells us you love content and want in. We're not just hiring for skills-we're looking for someone who's ready to grow, experiment, and help us bring the hospitality industry to life online.
