You are responsible for supporting the Women's Head of Brand and the Creative + Social Coordinator with coordinating creative content for multiple social channels, ensuring the continued growth of Jaded London's online following and digital presence.Responsibilities and Duties:TikTok + IG:Coming up with ideas and concepts to capture on shoots specifically for the Tiktok + IG platformsExecution and editing of all video contentGeneral idea generationFinding trending sounds which fit with the brand aestheticSupporting social coordinator to produce tiktok focused shootsHelping to develop our own style / we create the trendsComing up with creative social media content ideas to capture on weekly shootsResponsible for swim account 'filler' content - forward look at ranges to support with thisCreating a bank of captions and copy for feed postsCreate a bank of sounds on epidemicSocial Media adminSticking to all given timelines, deadlines + budgets (!!)Ordering and tracking all propsCreative:Supporting wider team on set and pre / post shoots.Ensuring all samples that leave the building for shoots are correct samples and everything needed is packedEnsuring all samples that leave the building for shoots are returned to Garment Tech team / appropriate rails - cross reference to ensure nothing is missing. Keep a good relationship with GT teamForward thinking to ensure any samples that need calling in other sizes or pieces can be in time from TorqueAssisting on set behind the scenes, including:Steaming clothesDressing models when requiredSupporting with styling and BTS imageryEnsuring the showroom and studio is kept tidy + organised at all times pre and post shoot:Ensure styling cupboard and showroom remains tidyReturning props back post shootEnsuring all samples go back to relevant place / person / nothing on the floorResearch:Contributing to creative meetings, brainstorming ideas and pitching.Ensure the company stays one step ahead of the competition by finding the hottest new talent across all social platforms, including models, props, small businesses, collabs, etc.Regularly highlighting future product and styling trends that you see coming through for our Gen-Z audience.RequirementsTrend-focused with an eye for detail and engaging content.Excellent knowledge and skills across all social platforms.Great organisational skills and time managementBasic video & photo editing -Tiktoks, iPhone content etcFlexible working approach, diligent and able to adapt to the needs of the team.Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to act as an ambassador for the Jaded brand on shoots and with external talent and their agents/managers. and partner brands.Motivated to drive results that are measurable.Be able to stick to all deadlines, will sometimes mean multitasking
