Videographer

Warrington

Reporting to our Co-Founder, you'll be responsible for shooting and editing video content of the highest quality. Ensuring the content is attention grabbing, engaging and meaningful to the ARNE customer.

Please note we are looking to fill this role on a permanent basis, and not with freelance support.

Requirements
Working alongside the content, marketing, and product teams to produce engaging video content for product drops, social days, trending subjects and key objectives.
Ensuring editing is executed in a timely manner and in-keeping with brand design guidelines.
Producing and editing content suited to varied platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
Sourcing viral and fitting music concepts for our social videos with a knowledge of how social media algorithms work in order to guarantee the best engagement.
Support in managing video equipment and inventory.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with all stakeholders to ensure the process flow is efficient and productive.
Collaborating with the Art Directors on set to achieve their vision on model and still life shoots.
Share inspiration of new approaches, techniques and styles we should be adopting to ensure our work is always leading edge
Act as an ambassador for all forms of video content, driving conversations with key stakeholders
Any other ad hoc duties as required

Essential Experience and Skills

Experience in working in fashion or retail
Passionate about video and video editing
Have a genuine passion and creative flair for fashion and all levels of video and social media
Have a good understanding of the ARNE brand and a critical eye with attention for detail
Experienced in creating unique and engaging campaign and marketing videos as well as social media videos
You can manage your own workflow and meet tight deadlines and can be flexible when required
Excellent research skills to pinpoint new and emerging trends first- jumping on them before anyone else
Self-motivated, detail-focused and can drive collaborative success.
Strong organisational skills.
Enjoy a fast-paced working environment.
Experience with Adobe CC and proficient in Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
Experience in videography and motion graphics.
