Reporting to the Director, Brand & Content, as the Videographer you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with our strategic goals and enhances our digital presence. You will contribute creatively to our projects from concept to delivery and bring energy and innovation. This role involves collaborating with various departments, utilizing AI tools, and ensuring consistency across all video outputs. This is a hybrid position and is located in Nottingham.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Video Production: Create engaging and high-quality videos, including product demos, how-to guides, feature spotlights, customer testimonials, and brand stories
Content Integration: Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to integrate video content into broader campaigns and strategies
AI Utilization: Employ AI tools for scriptwriting, editing, and production to increase efficiency and content diversity
SEO Optimization: Work with the Demand Gen team to optimize video content for SEO, including keyword research and metadata enhancement
Global Collaboration: Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent branding and effective localization of video content
Quality Control: Implement standardized quality checks to maintain high content standards across all video outputs
Educational Content: Develop educational videos that complement learning articles and enhance customer engagement
Event Coverage: Capture and produce video content for tradeshows, webinars, and other events, repurposing content for multi-channel use
Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest videography trends and technologies, incorporating innovative techniques into video production

The essential requirements of the job include:
Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role.
Proficiency in video editing software and AI-based production tools.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and video optimization techniques.
Excellent storytelling skills and creative vision.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Full UK Driving licence

It would be beneficial (but not essential) if you also had:
Experience with Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Affect Effects and AI tools like Lumen5, Heygen, Otter.ai, and Pictory.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems like Brandfolder.
Knowledge of social media platforms and video distribution strategies.
