We're looking for a Videographer to join our team. You'll be a hands-on creative with a zest for social content, a head overflowing with ideas, and the skills to bring them to life in multiple ways.As a Videographer, you'll play a key role in shaping our clients' social media presence, driving campaign ideation and output, and crafting compelling, innovative content that captures attention and drives engagement.You'll be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across a variety of platforms bringing your creative vision to life through short-form video, Reels, Stories, carousels, static posts, and more. You'll lean on your production skills-filming, editing, lighting, and basic sound-to create content that feels fresh, relevant, and social-first.You thrive in brainstorms and love bringing fresh content ideas directly to clients, embedding yourself as a true extension of their team. You're not afraid to experiment, and you know how to get the most out of trendjacking, while also understanding the craft of storytelling-creating narratives that resonate and communicate brand messages clearly.You'll work hand-in-hand with our social, PR, experiential, and commercial teams, bringing a collaborative spirit to everything you do. You're confident contributing to creative reviews and team brainstorms, and you'll work closely with creative leads, project managers, and clients to interpret briefs and develop innovative, experiential content.About you5+ years videography experience in a creative/content-focused roleStrong portfolio mix of social-first contentConfident using video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut)Platform Expertise: a strong understanding of different social media platforms (esp. Instagram, TikTok) and their unique content requirementsA deep love of social, and a frequent user, staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and emerging platformsExperience across sport, consumer, or lifestyle brands is a bonusVersatile, proactive, always ready to try new tools and techniquesAttention to detail, keen eye for type, layout, and storytellingExcellent comms and organisational skills, with the ability to confidently present ideas to both internal teams and clients and get the most out of people on shootsCollaborative, proactive, and able to respond quickly to changing project requirements in a fast-paced environment
