SevenC3 are looking for a Production Manager to join our small but busy team to deliver digital videos to our business and consumer clients.

The Production Manager will be the first point of contact for people at SevenC3 who need to commission video content, so the ideal candidate will have experience of working with clients and account managers and a proven track record in all aspects of production management, including:

• Taking and understanding video briefs
• Creating and managing budgets, as well as cost-monitoring
• Negotiating deals with suppliers and freelancers
• Writing call sheets and risk assessments
• Booking travel, accommodation, kit and crew, etc (for shoots in the UK and internationally)
• Troubleshooting
• Scheduling shoots and edits
• Project and team management (supervision).

The Production Manager will be involved throughout each stage of every project and should be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and running small and medium-sized crew shoots and budgets.

The ideal candidate will also be forward-thinking and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and be able to work across several projects simultaneously.

We're looking for someone who has an organised mind and approach to managing tasks and projects and an ability to think strategically and flexibly around scheduling, with an ability to provide friendly and efficient client service at all times.

This is a fixed term contract for nine months.

• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Comfortable and confident working with account managers as well as attending client meetings and phone calls
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively

• A good understanding of health and safety and legal issues related to video production.
