SheerLuxe is looking for an innovative and creative video producer to create engaging video content across all SheerLuxe platforms.
Online magazine and lifestyle destination SheerLuxe produces content for over 400k women a month who rely on the site to keep them in the know about all things fashion, beauty and lifestyle related. SheerLuxe seek a Video Producer to create regular In-house content across the site and social media platforms. The successful candidate must be creative and independent thinking.
Reporting to the founder and working closely with the Marketing and Editorial team, this is an exciting opportunity for a creative thinker to bring to life the sites content for editorial, marketing and special projects.

Primary Role

Working closely with the Deputy Editor & Marketing Manager to create new concepts for video content
Working alongside the marketing team to create new video content ideas for social media
Project manage end-to-end production from idea through to delivery & uploading content
To create of the moment content that captures new trends in fashion, beauty, food & lifestyle
Produce and contribute to company branding videos for product launches & events
Manage the workflow of the video team, working closely 2 in house videographers
Take the lead on edits of video assets & manage approval flow
Produce mobile first video content for Instagram
Direct shoots & take creative lead during filming
Project managing & producing our bi-weekly show
Optimise video content for online & to convert viewers to subscribers

Essential Skills & Requirements

Ability to edit using Adobe Premier
Strong concept creator & storyteller with the ability to communicate clearly
Confident in directing people on screen
Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Final Cut Pro & Indesign
Manage multiple video projects at one time & deliver to deadlines
Tech savvy with an interest in online video, innovations & interactive content including social media
Ability to prepare video files for upload to YouTube & various social media channels
