Senior Videographer

Warrington

ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.

We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.

Reporting to our Head of Content you will be a highly creative and skilled Senior Videographer who will lead our video production process from concept through to final delivery. You'll be an expert in shooting, directing and editing high-impact visual content, managing multiple projects across ARNE's platforms. Requirements
Manage and oversee the entire video production process from concept to final edit, across Menswear, Womenswear, Footwear and ARNE Bites.
Plan, shoot and edit high-quality video content for various channels including Paid Ads, Organic Social, Web and App.
Collaborate closely with the Creative, Brand and Studio teams to ensure content is aligns with ARNE's visual identity and campaign objectives.
Manage and mentor Junior Videographers in-house and Freelances when needed.
Produce visually engaging, brand-aligned content that feels premium.
Editing video footage with attention to detail, including graphics, colour grading and sourcing on-brand licensed music.
Proactively bring new creative ideas and references based on what's trending and performing.
Ensure fast turnaround and on-time delivery of all video assets.
Respond to creative feedback and proactively look for ways to improve execution and performance
Optimise all video content for specific platform requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
Attend campaign shoots in the UK and abroad as required.
Essential Experience and Skills

5-7+ year's experience in video production, ideally in fashion.
A strong portfolio of video and social-first content.
Strong knowledge of colour grading, sound design and motion graphics.
Familiarity with lighting techniques.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects etc)
A creative thinker with high attention to detail and a strong sense of storytelling.
Able to take direction, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
