We're looking for a Video Editor that, alongside our Video Strategist, can take the lead in producing and editing our video content.

Responsibilities
Ownership and responsibility of the Production and Video Editing process.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to conceptualize and execute video pieces.
Lead all aspects of the production and shooting process.
Oversee and ensure quality and consistent content delivered to strict deadlines.
Work with our Video Strategist to develop key processes for content production and delivery.
Effective management, coaching and development of the team to upskill all members of the process.


Qualifications
vBe at the forefront of industry trends and video content editing strategies
Seamless execution, including time management, ability to clearly prioritise, recognise and act on need to independently triage and pivot when circumstance requires, with right first-time implementation
A passion for creative video content and end user engagement
Ability to work independently, and collaboratively with multiple business areas.
A pro-active nature, with an impeccable eye for detail.
Ability to work quickly and accurately whilst under pressure.
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and ideally also Illustrator.
Ideally, you're experience stretches beyond post production to also include pre-production and production
