Exceptional craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do.Our work spans the full spectrum of animation techniques (2D, CGI, stop-frame, mixed-media) as well as visual development, pre-vis and post work for live action and puppetry.This role is suitable for applicants with production and/or scheduling experience.Responsibilities:Assist Head of Studio with day-to-day running of our two Studios based on Holloway RoadManage crew seating plan for the StudioUpdates our Staff Crew with their schedules and bookingsAssigns licences and equipment to all crew working in the Studio through our studio booking software (ScheduleIT)Work closely with IT to ensure work stations are set-up in the right seat, with the right software and equipment for each job/crew memberYou are the go to person for any booking / licence queries and are the link between IT and Production for crew setupsCapable of hiring and purchasing equipment and softwares for jobs when required, negotiating rental agreementsWelcoming and seating new starters and getting them set up in our systemsEnsures ScheduleIT is up to date with live jobs and pitching jobsLogs holiday requestsSending our IR35 letters for Producers & PM'sCollating and circulating weekly WIPs for all producersCoordinating online purchases and other general admin tasks as requiredCredit Card reconciliationFielding & redirecting emails from past crew chasing invoicesCreating new starter tickets for freelance and fulltime producers - instructing creation of emails, adding them to Slack/Email Groups/G:Drives.
