Production Co-ordinator

Bordon, Hampshire

MSL GLOBAL is a leading Experiential Events company, creating high-impact events for our major automotive clients. We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented, energetic PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR to support our Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of a full roster of experiential events and activations. This is a full time, permanent role on site 5 days a week.

You'll work alongside experienced Project Managers to help deliver standout brand experiences from concept to going live on location, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes-from schedules to resources to budgets.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a love for events, looking to build their career in project management in a hands-on, collaborative, creative environment.

You'll need to have experience as either a Project Co-ordinator or Production Co-ordinator, a full driving licence and be able to commute to Bordon, Hampshire. If that sounds like you, keep reading!

About the role:
• Assisting Project Managers with the planning and delivery of experiential campaigns, events, and activations
• Maintaining project timelines and schedules -ensuring everyone stays on track and in the loop
• Helping to manage production logistics: co-ordinating resources, booking travel and accommodation
• Helping to keep projects on budget by raising POs, tracking invoices and brand ambassadors' expenses
• Assisting on-site at live events where required- co-ordinating teams and ensuring everything runs to plan
• Keeping project management systems up to date and support in reporting project progress internally and to clients
• Working closely with the creative, operations, and account teams to ensure seamless project delivery

About you:
• 1+ years' experience in an agency, events-based co-ordinator role, or 2+ years as a PC in TV production
• Genuine interest in experiential marketing, events, and brand activations (this is not a digital marketing role)
• Meticulously organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a calm, can-do attitude
• Strong multitasker who can juggle timelines, people, and logistics
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel (UK) for live events when required
• A team player who's just as happy in a creative pitch to clients as they are in a warehouse

Added bonus:
• Previous on-site event or production experience
• Familiarity with health & safety protocols in live environments
• Understanding of brand ambassador staffing platforms
