Fiducial Communications is a growing creative agency based in the City of London producing creative multi-platform content for business and financial audiences. We produce some innovative work and need someone to help us keep the plates spinning.As the Creative Studio Production Manager, you will be a key part of the team streamlining and improving processes which will help enable us to deliver on-time, in-budget, high quality projects in a consistent way.Working with the Senior Producers you will be accountable for overseeing and delivering a range of tasks and projects, as well as managing workflows and priorities to ensure we are hitting agreed deadlines and deliverables. We have developed good and close working relationships with our clients, and you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of these relationships.The salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience you can bring to help us reach our business goals.Main Responsibilities * Maintain a bird's eye view of all productions in progress. * Ensure resources (editing suites, graphic design, animators, filming) are booked and allocated efficiently. * Co-ordinating and organising all aspects of projects, these may include but not limited to, infographics video, live events, on-site filming, and animation. * Maintain up-to-date production management reports and documents on our systems (Trello, Harvest, Google Docs, etc.) * Ensure documentation such as SOWs are completed, budgets are tracked and information relayed to finance. * Attend daily and regular regular team meetings, inform the team of the overall production status, working together to manage multiple project deadlines in an efficient and joined-up way. * Understand any conflicting demands within the teams and escalate as necessary. * Monitor project progress, following up with stakeholders on the completion or delay of project phases and scheduling meetings as required. * Manage the Central London studio schedule including unarchiving and preparation of projects as required. * Assist with other production management tasks that can arise.About you * You're a confident communicator, naturally comfortable working with all levels of team members. * Must have attention to detail, be highly organised, have excellent time management skills with the ability to flexibly balance priorities. * Good level of proficiency in Excel/Microsoft Office, GoogleDocs and project management software. * Advertising agency or television production experience desirable. * Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. * You are quick to pick things up and are able to see the bigger picture, with commerciality in mind. * You have a constant drive for improvement.ApplicationPlease apply via ProductionBase with a cover letter, CV and salary expectations.Thank you very much for your interest.P.S.
