Studio Operations Admin

Dagenham

The Studio Operations Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day production and client-related activities of our studio operations. As the central support hub for our studio operations team, you will ensure smooth workflows, maintain professional client interactions, and help uphold the operational excellence that defines our studio.

In this role, you will support the studio operations team with daily production and client needs, from dispatching facility requests and managing cases in Salesforce to coordinating with stage management, security, and facilities teams. You'll handle supply orders, key distribution, invoice reviews, and weekend on-call planning. Additional duties include communicating facility updates to tenants, supporting signage and advertising efforts, ensuring sustainability practices, and assisting with lease tracking and event coordination.

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced production environment. You must be a strong communicator and natural problem-solver who enjoys being the central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations. This role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

What's on offer
This is a full-time position based on 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday. However, some flexibility may be required depending on production needs. The role is site-based at our studio facility in East London.
