Project Administrator

London

ITN is one of the largest independent production companies in the UK and is responsible for producing award-winning news programmes for ITV, C4 and C5. Alongside our broadcast division, ITN Productions delivers documentaries, films, sport, and corporate content for a range of clients such as Netflix and Google.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join us for a 12-month Maternity cover, reporting into the PMO Manager and supporting the wider project team working within the Technology department. This role will play an integral part in ensuring that project delivery within the project team runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and that project processes are maintained and upkept throughout.

The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, communication, and maintaining structured project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Arrange and facilitate project meetings and document meeting minutes

Handle procurement requests, vendor onboarding, and other ad hoc invoicing requests

Monitor project workflows to ensure adherence to procedures and compliance requirements

Help maintain process documentation and ensure that project documentation is organised and stored according to company standards

Maintain ITN's support contract database, ensuring all new contracts get added to the database

Gather project resource requests and act as first point of contact for scheduling this in

Maintain ITN's project storeroom inventory, monitoring hardware coming in and out of the area.

Key Requirements
Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proven experience in project administration, project coordination, or similar role

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with budgeting, financial tracking, or procurement processes

Proactive and resourceful

Adaptable and able to work in dynamic environments

Experience with project management tools is desirable
