Studio Coordinator

London

We're looking for a new Studio Coordinator to join our team. You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the studio and making sure that it's a comfortable and productive place to work.

About us
The Line is an award-winning animation studio based in East London. Founded in 2013, we have established ourselves as a successful commercial studio working with a number of remarkable clients including Gorillaz, Blizzard, Gucci, Riot Games, TikTok, Marvel, and Mercedes. Alongside our commercial operations, we also develop original content.

Your responsibilities will include:
Front of House & Communication
* Reporting to Head of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the team has everything they need to efficiently perform their day-to-day responsibilities
* Front of house duties such as answering the phone and collection of studio deliveries and post
* Ensuring that the studio is neat and tidy at all times, fully stocked (loo roll, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning supplies etc) and the plants are watered
* Assisting with managing studio receipts and expenses. Preparing for bookkeeping
* Studio upkeep and communication with The Block to support all maintenance
* Managing the studio emails and forwarding them to the appropriate recipients

IT & Technical Support
* IT support for routine and recurring tasks
* Assistance with managing the Render Farm
* Making sure that all studio equipment is prepped, charged and ready to be used
* Providing ad-hoc and last-minute support for technical or IT problems, as well as issues with machinery, equipment, or software.

Licence & Equipment Management
* Setting up and keeping track of new machines and other hardware
* Keeping track of and deploying all studio software licences
* Performing database cleanup tasks, including adding new freelancers, updating availability, and removing duplicates.

Onboarding
* Onboard freelancers, making sure they feel welcome and have the correct set up: * computer, software, cintiqs, server logins, welcome pack, fobs etc

Logistics & Events
* Organising corporate and social events including staff parties and pizza Fridays
* Helping producers to organise travel for staff / writing itineraries
* Keeping diaries and calendars up to date. Booking meetings and setting up meeting rooms.
* Provide production support and assistance where needed. This could include updating booking information for crew or inputting internal staff's holiday requests into our tracking system, Ftrack

About you:
* You have excellent attention to detail
* You've got a good level of IT skills or are confident in your ability to pick up new IT skills
* You're reliable, friendly and organised
* You are able to work independently and take initiative where needed
* You have no problem multitasking
* This position is based in-house at our studio in De Beauvoir
