Experienced Production Co-Ordinator needed for an International Factual Documentary & Communications Production Company.The following skills and experience are a must.Ability to create detailed call sheets, liaise with and support Production Managers, Head of Production, Editorial and Post Production team, liaise with external suppliers, International Clients and Crews and with freelance production crew to maintain smooth running of the production.Experience of working under pressure on a fast paced Factual Documentaries with multiple camera crewsAssemble/Maintain and complete Post Production Paperwork/Delivery Bibles and Client facing documentation. Assisting with Scheduling, Booking Kit and Crew for UK/ International shoots, Greeting Clients, Answering the phones, Booking Freelancers, Unit Lists, Organising Visa's and Filming Equipment for international Shoots.You will act as a key member of the production hub delivering the production bible and Master tapes for completed commissioned programmes to international Clients. You will be accountable for setting up compliance and commissioner viewings for each production before handing over to relevant stakeholders. You will also be responsible for the updating and circulation of the production slate, commission's calendar and TX/Delivery document to relevant parties to ensure efficient communication. We are looking for people individual with a passion for television. You will need to have previous television production experience with at least 3 TV Broadcaster Credits along with knowledge of end-to-end HD production and current post production practices/ workflows. Experience of working for a broadcaster and of tape less production would be an advantage. You must be incredibly well organised, with a strong attention to administrative detail and have the ability to work quickly to short deadlines under pressure from both internal and external sources. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to deal with all requests/enquiries in a calm, pleasant and efficient way.Please only apply if you have the relevant experience
