We're currently on the hunt for a talented Senior Videographer to join our in-house production team, who can demonstrate a passion for social video and creative thinking. The chosen candidate will have plenty of ideas, energy and enthusiasm and be able to work hard and swiftly on a variety of productions.

You'll be producing video for a wide range of clients, social platforms and our website. Video projects and formats will be varied, from studio interviews to commercial gameshow formats, live multi-cam shows to documentary and news pieces.

You'll have an advanced knowledge of trends in the social video industry and apply them to your work. We're looking for someone who wants to build on something great, is highly motivated, communicative and a team player.

THE ROLE
• Video editing using the Adobe Creative suite, including animation and colour grading if necessary
• Filming on various cameras in a variety of different locations, both UK and abroad
• Producing high-end video content that meets all aspects of the client's brief
• Setting up shoots and vision mixing in our studio
• Helping to create and realise engaging and ground-breaking ideas
• Developing ideas, concepts and storyboards for a video brief
• Reporting to the head of production and working with the creative and editorial teams to deliver shoots and edits to a high standard
• Skill sharing and training of less experienced members of the video team

REQUIREMENTS
• 5+ years digital content production experience
• Expert knowledge and experience in Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Knowledge and experience shooting on one or many of Sony Fs7s & Alpha7s, Blackmagic URSAs, Blackmagic Studio cams, Panasonic GH5s
• Experience recording high fidelity audio into camera or otherwise
• Impeccable eye for composition and framing
• Experience in directing on¬screen talent
• Critical thinking and an ability to work quickly on a variety of projects
• Leadership abilities, with an open attitude toward company culture
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Focused on deadlines, deliveries and results
• Technically adept with an ability to troubleshoot your own problems
• Experience in budgeting and scheduling a bonus
