Senior Video Producer

You'll also be part of the wider Bauer Social Video Hub, working closely with teams across Hits Radio, Magic and Absolute.

As Senior Video Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of KISS video content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You'll bring bold ideas to life, creating high-energy, engaging content that connects with audiences and drives growth-particularly through standout YouTube formats.


This is a unique opportunity to influence the creative direction of a major brand following an exciting rebrand across KISS, KISS XTRA, KISSTORY and KISS Dance. You'll lead a talented team, work with some of the biggest names in entertainment and ensure KISS remains ahead of the curve in social video.



Your role:
You will lead video content production across KISS platforms, managing a team and delivering high-quality, creative output from concept through to publication.



Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing end-to-end production of video content across KISS, KISS XTRA, KISS Dance and KISSTORY
Developing engaging video formats, with a strong focus on longform content
Leading technical capture of audio and visuals, including camera, lighting and sound
Directing talent and crew, including high-profile contributors
Shooting and editing both longform and short-form video content
Managing KISS and KISS XTRA YouTube channels and optimising performance
Reviewing content performance and implementing improvements with the team
Managing team schedules and workflows to maximise output and meet deadlines
Supporting the development, wellbeing and performance of direct reports
Championing video innovation and raising the standard of KISS content


The skills you will bring:

5+ years' experience in video production
Strong technical expertise across camera, lighting and audio equipment
Confident shooting and directing skills, including working with celebrity talent
Advanced editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro essential)
Strong understanding of social video and digital content trends
Experience managing YouTube channels and applying best practice
Excellent leadership skills, with a calm, positive and supportive approach
High attention to detail and commitment to quality output
Creative, innovative thinker who brings fresh ideas
Strong communication and team management skills


Working Pattern/Location:
This is a full-time, hybrid role, primarily based in our London offices. You'll need to be London-based for regular office attendance and last-minute shoots.
