We are looking for an experienced videographer who will be able to create highly engaging digital content, photos and videos. You will manage the end-to-end video production, from idea generation and planning, to set up, filming, editing, motion graphics and delivery of content fit for all platforms. This could be for clients or N2O's own Social Media, Campaign and Marketing teams and filming could take place at live events, out on location or in our own studios. The position will be based in our Head office In Maidenhead, Berkshire with requirement to travel to sites across the UK.What you will be doing * Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other stakeholders to develop video concepts and scripts that align with their brand and marketing objectives. * Produce, direct, and shoot high-quality video content for various media platforms, including social media, TV, and web. * Edit and post-produce video content using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. * Ensure that all video content meets the highest quality standards, and that it is delivered on time and within budget. * Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production. * Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in video production and filmmaking and apply them to improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.Requirements * Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production, filmmaking, photography and motion graphics. * Experience in filming, producing and directing high-quality video content for various media platforms, including social media, and web. * Proficient in using video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Proficient in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects or Apple Motion. Proficient in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom. * Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging and compelling video and motion graphics content. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, freelancers, team members, and other stakeholders. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, without compromising on quality. * A strong portfolio that showcases your video production and storytelling skills. * You will need to have access to a vehicle to be able to travel to locations across the UK, including the flexibility to work two Saturdays per month (time in lieu provided).
