Contained in a stackable T-Pot, each product snaps together in a smart, simple system - the stack.We have achieved tremendous growth in our 4+ years of operation and we are proud to be one of Europe's fastest-growing beauty brands - generating millions of sales by developing accessible and innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.About youWe are looking for a Senior Videographer to join our fast-growing team!The RoleYour key responsibilities will include:Working with Art Director, Video Director and Founder to understand the vision of the film or video productSupport with creative ideation and storyboarding assetsShoot video assets on your own and also take ownership to more projects as we growFilming in studio and in locationFilming at Founder's private home, setting up temporary coloramas and adjusting lights where neededCreating an equipment list and working with producer on hiring all necessary equipment ahead of every shootSetting up all equipment needed for each shoot, either in a studio or in-house, including cameras, audio recorders, microphones, lighting, and all propsWorking with Art director and testing coloramas and backgrounds that are more suitable for the shootPacking up all equipment and arranging redeliveryWorking with Product Marketing Manager in understanding availability of productsTaking care of broken or damaged equipment, either fixing it or arranging a professional to fix.Troubleshoot problems with equipmentWorking in the studio as part of the production team but also at home supporting the Video production team with post productionThe key skills and experience required for this role are:Extensive, demonstrable experience in videography within the beauty industryExcellent working knowledge and significant experience using cameras like Arri/Red/Black Magic but also using iPhones and mobile devicesKnowledge of makeupKnowledge of filming, lighting and sound equipmentIn depth knowledge of Premiere Pro/Adobe Creative CloudData Wrangling and labelling knowledge - able to do it following in-house rulesAbility and willingness to travel to other venues (than the office) for shooting as requiredA team player with excellent interpersonal skillsFlexible and resilient with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
