About the role:

The successful candidate will be in charge of production and tour logistics for a number of tours across the UK and Europe, servicing our in-house portfolio of shows. The role is part based in the office in West London and part on the road, managing all elements of touring and production within the UK and Europe, looking after between 80 - 100 shows a year with a working split of roughly 2.5 days on the road and 2.5 days per week in the office depending on touring cycles.


Required Skills:

Experience Tour Managing high profile acts both in the UK and internationally
Production Management - Ideally with experience specifically working with orchestras
Experience overseeing touring & production logistics such as carnets, technical advances and travel/accommodation booking.
A deep understanding of show production
Experience forecasting production budgets and delivering within budget
A grounding in production costs and negotiating
A network of production suppliers and personnel in the UK and beyond
Demonstrable organisation skills with an eye for detail
Experience building production team members


Required Experience:

5+ years of production experience.
Experience working to time deadlines and strict financial budgets.
Computer literate and a good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets


Schedule:

Part time in-office // part time on the road for shows



Salary:

£38,000.00 per year plus bonuses
