About Ginx TVWe are an early stage company based on a small industrial campus between London's King's Cross and Camden. Our channel, GINX Esports TV, is dedicated to the world of esports and we broadcast entertainment shows as well as live esports tournaments from around the world. In total there are about 25 of us. The channel is distributed to over 40 million households worldwide and is pioneering the concept of bringing esports to mainstream TV audiences. The RoleOur production team is made up of young esports enthusiasts who produce, edit and package most of our content. Following the resignation of the incumbent, we are now looking to recruit a senior producer to manage the production of some of our shows. Examples of these are a daily half hour live news show and it's off-shoot 60-second bulletins, as well as the production of weekend live event coverage and various studio-based entertainment shows. We are an early-stage company and as such the role will be multi-faceted and very hands-on. You'll feel just as comfortable leading the gallery, setting up the studio, sitting in the producer's chair during live shows, as well as jumping onto photoshop to create a title sequence and helping with set design. We are looking to bring someone on board with a track record in producing (live) sports content for TV as well as for social and digital. Cross-platform content creation is core to our proposition. Obviously if you've gained experience in an esports production environment, perhaps at a publisher or TO, that would be ideal. It is important the senior producer brings a 'leading from the front' work-ethic and is able to inspire the team to create great content.Responsibilities• Produce a selection of shows, probably a daily half hour live news show and pre-recorded 60'' news bulletins. Inspire our young team to innovate and be playful.• Produce a weekly one hour recorded esports news digest show• Produce remote crews and HQ coverage of live esports eventso Heads-up: many of these happen at weekends and at 'unsociable hours'.• Manage shared team of AP's and researchers• Participate in production meetings and help set programming strategy• Manage the gallery during live feeds from time to timeo Be at ease in a gallery environment and with the use of vision mixing equipment• Embed social and digital content in production process• Think 'international' when securing hosting talent and stringers.• Build relationships with TO's and games-publishers and establish direct links with their production arms.
