The platform now encompasses podcasts, YouTube, social media, live events, partnerships and a growing community of guests, listeners and sponsors.We are looking for an exceptional Senior Creative Producer to help shape the next phase of the platform's development.This is a unique opportunity for a creative and editorial leader who understands that great content is not simply about interviews, but about culture, curiosity, relationships and storytelling.The MissionThe role is responsible for helping ensure that every aspect of the platform reflects the values, standards and sensibility associated with Ruth Rogers and The River Cafe. Working closely with Ruthie, the successful candidate will help develop conversations, shape stories, support guests and create a distinctive editorial identity across podcast, social, events and new formats.ResponsibilitiesEditorial development and guest shapingResearch and story developmentEpisode planning and preparationSupporting and developing Ruthie's interviewing approachCreative oversight of social, photography and visual assetsDevelopment of new formats and companion contentLive recordings and special projectsOversight of production and post-production workflowsWorking with the wider team to maintain consistency across all touchpointsWho We're Looking ForYou will have a proven track record in creating and delivering a successful podcast and the social content ecosystem around it. You will be:Deeply curious about peopleAn excellent editor and storytellerOrganised and detail-orientedComfortable working with high-profile talentConfident managing multiple stakeholders Capable of balancing creative ambition with practical deliveryCollaborative, thoughtful and culturally literateMost importantly, you will have the judgement and sensibility required to understand and interpret translate the culture of The River Cafe into everything we create. This is not simply a production role.
