What we look for
* Strong experience in vertical short-form (TikTok, Insta, YT Shorts) - you know how to hook an audience, how to pace a story, and how to make a vertical feel premium.
* Solid directing experience - we mean real directing: narrative videos, crew, talent, complexity. You can lead a set, shape a performance, and bring a concept to life.
* Branded content expert - You've made content for clients and know how to balance our editorial with brand needs. You understand ASA guidelines, attribution, and how to make brands feel native.
* Platform-native thinkers: You know the difference between what works on TikTok vs Insta vs YouTube. You're tapped into trends, creators, formats and how to make content feel authentic on each platform.
* Strong Collaborators: You'll be working with a brilliant team of Creatives, Producers, Editors and Talent. You can take feedback, elevate ideas, and keep projects moving at pace.
