Senior Creative Artworker

Do you have the ability to create brilliant design work based on an existing concept with the ability to produce original ideas and present them? If yes, this may be the role for you....



Our Senior Artworkers play a key role in the Creative Studio. You will be helping us deliver the kind of hard-working and innovative creative work that keeps our stakeholders happy and, most importantly, engages with its audience.



While that means working closely with our team, it also means working closely with other teams throughout the business, from taking briefs and developing ideas to progressing concepts and creating the finished work.



What you will be doing



Working closely with the operations team to ensure briefs are understood and that all projects are delivered in a timely manner according to deadlines
Responsible for ensuring that all design work conforms to individual brand guidelines and are optimised per marketing channel
Super user and trainer in our internal tools, eg bannerflow and hype
Ensuring all processes created, optimised and are followed and acting as the 'Brand Guardian' and 'Ambassador' for respective brands
Implementing improvements and efficiencies in the artwork process alongside the operations team
Continually improving skillset and looking for better ways to do things (working smarter not harder) - document and present these internally to the studio team and marketing channels where necessary
Helping and guiding other members of team to increase their knowledge through frequent presentations as well as mentoring younger members of team to assist with their development




Who we are looking for



Experience at senior artworker level in an agency or similar setting
Digital experience necessary with up to date knowledge of and excellent skills in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & InDesign
Track record in process creation, development and review with previous experience working with and adhering to brand guidelines
Layout and composition skills with the ability to work across several projects at one time and change priority as requirements change
Quality control experience with excellent written and communication skills
