Maverick Television are looking for an experienced Self Shooting P/D who is based in the Sheffield area for a returning, award winning factual series for CBBC to be based in a Children's A & E department.

This role will suit someone who is happy to work as part of a small team, as the location team consists of a Producer/ Director & a runner/ location assistant. A background in observational documentary is essential and ideally with experience of filming in a hospital environment and with experience of working with children.

We are looking for someone who has familiarity with filming in sensitive situations and is proficient in using the XF305. You must be highly diplomatic and able to build and maintain strong contributor relationships. Not for the squeamish!

Applicants will be expected to provide showreels or samples of their work.

Start date: 26th February for 9 weeks (W/c 26th Feb: Prep week in London production office W/c 5th March: Filming begins)
