Producer/Director/Edit Producer (Portuguese and Spanish speaking)

We are looking for a skilled Producer/Director/Edit Producer fluent in Portuguese and Spanish to lead production on two short-form content pieces for a global healthcare client. The films will be shot in São Paulo and edited in the UK, with delivery aligned to internal review and event timelines.

About the Role
You'll oversee production in São Paulo, directing interviews and b-roll, coordinating with LATAM teams and local crew, and managing the post-production process in London. You'll work across both films to ensure creative consistency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Support on-site production in São Paulo on October 28-29, assisting the local crew in capturing interviews and b-roll with four contributors.
Collaborate with the creative team to execute scripts and visual concepts.
Coordinate with LATAM stakeholders on obtaining footage/managing edits

Ideal Candidate
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong English communication skills.
Experienced in directing and producing short-form documentary or branded content.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Skilled in managing contributors, crew, and logistics on location.
Familiarity with healthcare or social impact storytelling is a plus.

About You
Experience in branded content, corporate communications, or digital storytelling
Strong deck-writing and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency essential)
Excellent research skills
Confident writer with strong grammar and copy-editing abilities
Familiarity with digital platforms and content formats
Organised, proactive, and collaborative team player
