We're seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking Researcher or Assistant Producer for a premium documentary production in the Middle East.

Who We're Looking For :
* Great research and story finding skills.
* Demonstrable experience securing access to major institutions and high-profile individuals.
* Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
* Experience working closely with senior directors and producers on casting, research, schedules, contributor management, and editorial development.
* The ability to navigate sensitive projects and manage relationships with high-profile partners discreetly and professionally.
* A genuine fluency in Gulf and broader Arab-world politics, culture, and social issues.
* Fluent Arabic language (both oral and written) is a must, as many of the documents and archive will be in Arabic.
