Hat Trick / Hindsight Productions is seeking a Question Researcher to join our Belfast-based team for the quiz show Mastermind. This role requires someone with a high standard of literacy and a sound general knowledge to write a wide range of accurate and engaging questions suitable for use on the show. You will be part of a team working to tight deadlines under the supervision of a Question Producer.

Experience of writing questions for media output is preferred but those who are able to demonstrate an aptitude for the role will be considered. You will be familiar with modern research techniques and be able to judge the accuracy and reliability of your sources. You will also have excellent organisational skills and be able to work productively as part of a team, building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues at all levels.

The role will be based in Belfast and initial contracts will be from March 2019. As part of your application, please submit a sample of 20 general knowledge questions of varying difficulty suitable for use on Mastermind.
