Since our founding, we have seen rapid growth of around 30% YoY and have built a passionate and driven team of industry experts who work on a wide variety of projects from national marketing campaigns, to thumb-stopping content for social media.What will you be doing?As we face up to the new normal, we are looking for a driven and experienced Production Manager wants to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing media business as we expand our operations and staffing into London and Manchester over the next 12 months.Based out of our Cheltenham HQ with the ability to work flexibly this role is the backbone of our business and is suited to someone wishing to join the company long-term - you will take responsibility for the organisational and logistical running of our offices, productions and team/crew. From overseeing shoot logistics, booking talent, contractors and staff, to the management of diaries, travel, production schedules and our overall Media Team, this role will also include extensive client liaison, invoicing and budget management and requires a high level of organisational ability. You will be working with some of the country's biggest brands on projects not just in the UK but internationally.With a real opportunity to own this department as we expand the team, this role comes with great careerprogression opportunities. We're looking for a 'do-er' and 'go-getter', someone who will take the reins andown it.You will• Take primary responsibility for all project logistics & crewing.• Manage and oversee bookings of contractors, talent and media team diaries.• Day-to-day management of the media team• Coordinate and supervise media production activities, schedules, and budgets.• Oversee productivity of projects ensuring timely delivery to clients.• Manage our CRM system and project pipeline.• Work closely with Producers, Editors & Animators to ensure successful delivery of all projects.• Client invoicing and work in progress management• Liaise directly with clients on feedback, schedules and timelines.• Communicate clearly and co-ordinate effectively between internal and external stakeholders• Gatekeep all new requests and changes, balancing creative and practical aspects with the deliveryrequirements• Manage all feedback and communicate to internal personnel.• Induct and oversee new starters.• Work closely with Company Directors.• Run and oversee morning media meetings with team and set actionRequirements• Experienced and organised Production Manager, ideally with similar industry experience• Must be detail-oriented, diligent and very well organised.• Great team player with a client-centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effectiveworking relationships.• Excellent time management skills.• Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally andwith clients.• Able to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.• A problem solver who is proactive, driven and ultra-organised.• Self-motivated and ambitious.• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.• Experience in creation, planning and implementation of projects• Great problem-solving skills, initiative and decision-making skills, along with the ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively.• English language skillsThe ideal candidate will also have• Strong knowledge of Creative and Production processes• Solid understanding of film, video animation and/or live production(s).• Knowledge of a diverse range of disciplines including creative, editorial, animation, digital andtechnical.So, what's in it for you?So, what comes as standard when you join our agile, adaptable and capable team?• Agile working.• Fantastic and close-knit team.• Company laptop & mobile phone.• Company pension.• 23 days holiday allowance + bank holidays.• Employee Assistance Programme.• Development & training.• Regular company socials - anything from go-karting to clay-pigeon shooting!
