Twofour are looking for experienced Challenge and Build Production Managers for an exciting, returning reality competition series for a major USA broadcaster.

We're looking for highly organised PMs with excellent communication skills, who can help deliver a fast-moving, ambitious series.

Experience on large-scale reality competition shows, especially those involving international filming, cross-country travel, and working with large crews, is preferred but not essential.

Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Production Manager (3+ PM credits)
* Strong budget tracking and cost reporting skills (Excel)

Looking for experience in:
* Challenge based shows or large scale builds - working closely with the Art Department and Editorial team
* Logistics & Unit Management
* Ability to work within a large, fast-paced production team
* Flexibility and resilience for a show filmed on the move
* Experience with international shoots and fixers is beneficial but not essential

Location & Dates:
* Full-time role, based at our White City office
* On-location in Europe for approx. 4 weeks during May 2026
* Staggered start dates: Mid-January and early-mid February
