We are seeking an experience Production Coordinator to focus solely on the ATP World Tennis Tour!

About the Role:
Travel the world with the ATP tennis tour as Production Coordinator.

Your role will involve supporting the ATP Production Managers with the host broadcast planning and delivery for all ATP host broadcast events, that form part of Gearhouse's long running contract with ATP.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Your role will include but is not limited to:
* Supporting the team to crew 100+ freelancers per event, issuing crew contracts and processing the necessary crew invoices for payment
* Coordination of crew visas, accreditation, petty cash, flights, travel requirements, etc.
* Reporting all of these costs to the Production Manager
* Travelling abroad for each event to provide relief to the Production Manager & act as primary point of contact to our onsite client
* Creating and issuing call sheets.

About You
Key Experience:
* Previous experience as a Production Coordinator in Outside Broadcasting
* Demonstration of previous experience of some of the duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description
* Previous experience in a client facing role
* Solid planning and organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Desire to train as a Production Manager.
