Formidable is a London-based creative video content agency. We make entertaining content for a range of partners including brands, publishers, influencers and public sector organisations. We are looking for 1 x Production Coordinator for Maternity Cover to support on a large Sports & Lifestyle Production.

Reporting into the Production Manager, you will be responsible for providing support on logistical and organisational matters. You will be a native or Fluent Spanish speaker who is meticulously organised and comfortable with fast turnaround filming. You will be forward-thinking and have a firm grasp of cloud-based org systems. Your attention to detail and standard of execution will be second to none. You will be eager to muck in and get the job done, working well in a tight team, but also having the confidence to lead on tasks without too much guidance. You will have a passion for beautiful, creative and entertaining storytelling.

? Crew rate negotiation
? Kit bookings
? Travel & accommodation bookings
? Rate negotiation
? Writing and distribution of call sheets
? Petty cash reconciliation
? Credit card reconciliation
? Diary management
? Edit suite coordination
? Post-production paperwork
? Arranging release forms
? Booking locations and organising filming permits

Key Attributes:
? Ability to speak Spanish fluently is essential
? Experience with short-form content
? A good working knowledge of digital output
? A love of football

You must have at least 3 credits as Production Coordinator in the media sector.
