Production Coordinator

London

Are you a highly organised multitasker with a passion for production? As a Production Coordinator at Global, you'll be at the heart of our Commercial Video team, ensuring our shoots and edits run smoothly, deadlines are met, and budgets stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination (40%): Coordinate shoots and edits across multiple productions, managing logistics, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

Budget & Administration (30%): Support producers with budgeting, cost tracking, and reconciliations, while overseeing freelancer onboarding, contracts, and expenses.

Team Collaboration (30%): Work closely with producers, editors, and wider Global departments (Finance, Branded Content, Legal etc) to deliver projects efficiently, while briefing and mentoring production assistants.

In your first few months, you'll have:

Gained a solid understanding of Global's commercial video processes and workflows.

Adopted and implemented internal project management tools and processes.

Demonstrated multitasking skills by successfully juggling multiple projects.



What You'll Need

Production Experience: You must have experience working as a Production co coordinator across shoots and post-production.

Organisation & Admin: Strong skills in scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation, with attention to detail.

Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and project management tools such as Float, Planner, or Trello.

Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external suppliers.

Problem-Solving: Initiative, adaptability, and calm under pressure, especially with last-minute changes.

Industry Awareness: Understanding of copyright, music clearance, and release forms.
