PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT ROLES (CONTRACTOR / FREELANCE) WBD Sports / TNT Sports is looking for highly organised and motivated contractor/freelance Production Management people to join our team, providing support to productions throughout the 2025/26 season.The roles available include 2x Production Co-ordinators - specifically for Studio and Outside Broadcast productions for sports television. See below for job specs.These roles will involve working across all aspects of production management on all TNT Sports' productions, including UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa and Conference Leagues. The roles will involve working at our studio/production facilities at Chiswick Park and Stockley Park, as well as on outside broadcasts. Your work may include UK and international travel, unsociable hours, weekend and bank holiday working.The successful candidate will start asap on a 6-month contract, which may be extended. You will be employed on a PAYE basis (paid via our payroll partner, Handle), with a one month's notice period. Being an equal opportunity employer means that we take seriously our responsibility to consider qualified candidates on the basis of merit, without regard to race, colour, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, mental or physical disability, and genetic information, marital status, citizenship status, military status, protected veteran status or any other category protected by law.JOB SPEC - PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATORROLE• Works with the Production Manager and team on planning and management of regular studio, remote based productions and outside broadcasts, including planning, technical requirements, schedules, freelancer, supplier and contributor bookings and management, logistics (including travel and accommodation bookings, transportation), call sheet preparation and distribution, venue liaison and location management..• Assists with management of the production budget, including cost reporting.• Ensures purchase orders raised and invoices processed in a timely manner.• Assists with management of the health, safety and risk assessment for a production.• Works closely with production team to ensure delivery of programming as advised by editorial team.• Works closely with internal departments to ensure all scheduled programming is available for transmission/delivery.• Assists with the liaison and negotiation with stakeholders, suppliers, third parties and freelancers to ensure programming delivered on time.• Maintains excellent relationships with external clients and suppliers.• Books, updates and reviews technical facilities required for programming, including communications with internal and external partners, internet and fibre connections, uplink/downlink and playout.• Assists in the completion of all necessary production paperwork, as well as ensuring all data entered into the bookings and financial system (Provys).• Books non-technical programming requirements, including green rooms and catering.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:• Experience working as a Production Co-ordinator or Senior Production Co-ordinator for live OB, studio and gallery television production environments (ideally sport).• Proven experience of working in a team environment.• An understanding and experience of managing the technical and creative processes of production, post production and playout.• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).• The ability to manage interpersonal relationships effectively and work collaboratively within a diverse team.• Strong organisational and planning skills and proven experience of managing conflicting demands to meet deadlines.• Impeccable attention to detail.• A good knowledge of health and safety guidelines/regulations.• Excellent PC skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom and PowerPoint.• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.• Ability to work unsociable hours in the office and onsite.• A good knowledge of sport.• Experience of Health and Safety management on a production.
