We are looking for a confident and experienced Production Coordinator to help look after a returning series for a US broadcaster.The ideal PC will need to be super organised and take the initiative on a swift moving production.Your key tasks will be,- Producing detailed call sheets.- Managing travel logistics incl couriers, car hires & accommodation bookings.- Per diem & expenses reconciliation.- Keeping up to date admin docs.- Post Production delivery.Ideally have knowledge of kit, managing rushes and generally being able to respond to and take care of the filming team.Experience in international shoots, ideal but not necessary.You will be working with a with a large team and will be required to work between three and four days a week in our London office (Old St).Start date is from Monday 2nd February 2026 - Friday 8th May 2026.
