Role: Production Coordinator - Access / Reality Series (Essex-based)
Dates: Approx. 19 January - 10 September 2025
Location: Essex, some office/remote

PMI experience essential
We are looking for a proactive and organised Production Coordinator to support the team on a new access/reality series.
This is a small, self-shooting team, so the PC will play a key role in keeping logistics and admin running smoothly on a busy shoot.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating schedules, travel, accommodation and crew logistics
• Preparing call sheets and production paperwork
• Supporting contributor management and on-location set-up
• Handling releases, diary updates, deliveries and general admin
• Assisting the PM with cost tracking and filing
• Ensuring smooth communication across the production

Requirements:
• Previous PC experience in factual/access/reality
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable working on location with a small team
• PMI experience essential
