PRODUCTION COORDINATOR - WINTER OLYMPICS PROJECTJanuary - February 2026Worldmark Films - Remote / Chertsey OfficeWorldmark Films is seeking a highly organised, proactive Production Coordinator to support our coverage of the Winter Olympic Games, with the contract running from 19 January to 23 February 2026.This project involves multiple photo and video crews filming across all venues and host cities including Milan, Cortina, Livigno, and other associated locations. Our crews capture operational, sporting, cultural, and behind-the-scenes content.About the RoleBased in the UK, this position is hybrid, with a mix of remote work and time in our Chertsey office. You will work closely with the producing team in Italy, supporting the planning, coordination, and daily management of crews both in the lead-up to and during the Games.Key responsibilities include:• Reacting quickly to schedule updates and incoming requests• Liaising with multiple departments involved in the Olympic Games• Assisting with planning and confirming interviews• Overseeing the delivery of footage and photos as required• Providing day-to-day operational and logistical support to crewsPlease note:• There is a two-week preparation period• From 1-23 February, the role will require working 7 days a week• Salary is £800 per week for the first two weeks and then £190 per day for 1-23 FebWhat We're Looking For• Strong organisational and administrative skills• Excellent written and verbal communication• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset• Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information• Confident using spreadsheets, cloud-based tools (Google Drive / Teams), and production software• Understanding of basic production workflows and camera/sound kit• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• A positive, can-do attitude• Willingness to work 23 consecutive days during the Games periodLocationHybrid: remote working with occasional days at our Chertsey, Surrey office (easily accessible by transport).If you're methodical, reliable, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a major international sporting project, we'd love to hear from you.We are looking for a production coordinator to work onExperience & Skills• Previous logging experience is helpful but not essential.• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is required.• Experience with the logging tool Kyno is a bonus - but if you haven't used it before, it's straightforward and easy to learn.• Our workflow is highly standardised, using spreadsheets and Catalyst Browse, so strong attention to detail, organisation, and a conscientious approach are key.• Ability to work well as part of a team, even when remote.If you're methodical, reliable, and interested in working on a major international sporting project, we'd love to hear from you.
