Required to start on Thursday 23rd October for 2 weeks. Please note we are based in Brighton, East Sussex.Experienced Production Co-ordinator required to work closely with the Production Manager covering all aspects of production across a variety of programmes. Previous experience of working in a busy television/media environment at co-ordinator level. and handling production paperwork essential. Responsibilities will include: Setting up of shoots, booking freelancers, hiring equipment, sourcing locations, arranging travel and accommodation (Knowledge of Carnets and Duplicate list procedures essential) and producing Call SheetsWork with the Production Manager to ensure that health and safety and insurance requirements of shoots are metCollating and approving shoot expenses, producing POs, liaising with Accounts on invoicing, and keeping records of all expenses and receiptsCompiling and completing all post-production paperwork (knowledge of Discovery paperwork ideal)Clearing and logging, all archive/stills and commercial music usageKey point of contact between production/port production and Distribution, taking all phone calls in the office, and as such maintaining a professional manner at all timesMaintaining company contacts database - freelancers and crews.Providing administrative assistance to the Production Manager, Series Producer, and Production Team as requiredOccasionally accompany the Production teams on shoots, coordinating crew on-site, helping to manage the shoot schedule and obtain release forms. Ability to multi task and prioritise essential, plus the ability to work efficiently/calmly and proactively within a team environment. Some evening and weekend work may be required. This role will be based in our Brighton Production Office.Please do not respond if you are not a proficient Production Co-ordinator.
