We are looking for a Producer to join our team on a full-time basis.
We're interested in hearing from people with a minimum of 4-5 years' experience in documentary and/or commercial production.
We are very keen to hear from people with dual UK-US-citizenship or a US passport.

Role:
We're looking for candidates who are up for the challenge of managing large projects for major corporate clients. You would need to be able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team, taking projects from conception through to delivery.

You would be expected to manage client relationships, so we are looking for someone who is personable but highly professional in their approach to client management.

You will be responsible for medium to large-scale budgets, so you must demonstrate an awareness of budget management as well as an ability to come in on target.

You will also demonstrate an awareness and passion for the documentary format, showing an understanding of what it takes to tell a good story and how to achieve creative aims under sometimes challenging budget or schedule restrictions.

Proven experience in:
- Documentary and/or commercial film production.
- International shoots (visas, carnets, permits)
- Managing production finance & paperwork (budgets, risk assessments, schedules, insurances, music, archive and talent licensing, contracts etc)
- Client management.
- The creative process and thinking ahead before each required step.
- Finding contributors, locations and story-finding.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic understanding of client and campaign objectives
- Leading pitch proposals and treatments alongside creative team
- Managing all aspects of production
- Setting up shoots, some of which involve international travel
- Overseeing post-production including managing voiceovers, edits and motion graphics

Skills:
- Hard working, with superb organisational skills, and ability to multitask
- Excellent communicator and attention to detail
- Act calmly under pressure
- Mac savvy and confident using Google Suite
- Knowledge of InDesign and budget management/scheduling software (ideally Farmers Wife) is desirable
