SNTV is the world's leading sports video news agency providing the best quality sports news video content, whether it be highlights from the greatest international sporting events down to the most niche of sports with one mission - providing audiences with the most engaging, most accurate and most timely sport content.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, the Planning Assistant will be responsible for providing planning support (both administrative and editorial) to SNTV's Editorial team. Other responsibilities will include liasing with IMG & Associated Press' Master Control Room (MCR) to ensure satellite feeds are recorded for editorial use; creating and maintain SNTV's planning databases and upload these to the SNTV website; creating and send weekly, monthly and crew coverage prospects to clients and proving support to the Planning Manager in the organisation of events, including accreditation, travel, per diems etc for crew members. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing risk assessments and call sheets for crews going on location

The ideal candidate will offer excellent administration support with a strong attention to detail, be pro-active and flexible as have some experience of supporting and working within a team environment. An interest in international sport is desirable, as well as experience of working in sports or news media.
