12 Yard Productions (ITV Studios) are looking for a talented PA and Team Assistant to support two MD's and provide general support to other members of the management team. The team develop and produce an impressive slate of shows such as Eggheads, In It To Win It and Big Star's Little Star, so this is a great opportunity for the individual to be part of a thriving company.

This is a crucial role, taking management of the directors and management team's busy and ever changing diaries, booking travel and scheduling. You will deal with correspondence from the public, so an approachable, friendly personality is key. This role involves working closely with the Office Manager, assisting with general organisation and running of the production office, therefore the successful applicant will be a proactive character who remains calm under pressure. You will also meet and greet guests, and support with ad hoc administrative tasks.

We are looking for a tactful, discreet PA and Team Assistant with proven experience of working within a rapidly changing office environment. With your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in liaising with individuals of varying levels of seniority. You will be meticulous, accurate and flexible in your approach and a keen eye for detail is a must.
