An exciting opportunity now exists for a young enthusiastic individual to join Leap in a primarily creative role. This will involve finding music for commercials from many sources, editing it to picture and helping to sell the end result to agency staff. The successful applicant will have a unique mix of musical, technical, A&R, communication and commercial skills. He/She will be looking to move on from a previous position as an A&R scout, having a vibrant interest in the role of music within advertising. Most importantly, he/she will be willing to commit lots of time and energy to a small but fast growing company that occupies a unique niche in the UK advertising market.
