Dragonfly are looking for a junior editor who is excited by the prospect of working in house to support the facilities needs of the company and to work alongside the Executive team. The role will include developing and delivering promotional tapes for our biggest and best new programme ideas before they are pitched to the major broadcasters and online channels.

As the producers of major documentary series including Ambulance on BBC One, Surgeons on BBC Two and One Born Every Minute and The Trial on Channel 4, we hope to find a talented applicant whom we can support and train and ultimately develop into becoming a documentary editor.

The ideal applicant would be able to demonstrate their existing editing skills on short films or other projects. They would also have an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere and a familiarity with of Avid and After Effects would be a bonus too.

LOCATION: New offices in Old Street / Shoreditch
START DATE: Ideally the candidate would be available for interview in the week of 19th March or 26th March and available to start work on April 3rd.
CONTRACT: 3-6 months fixed term contract initially, depending on skills and experience.
SALARY: To be agreed depending on skills and experience.
