We are looking to hire a Junior Video Editor who can demonstrate their ability and passion for creative editing.

The Role:

The role is Customer and Product focused - Working with our award-winning sales & customer teams to deliver pitch edits that really catch the customer's attention.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work fast on multitude of projects. You'll be editing short videos for sales pitches, turning our custom templates into bespoke targeted videos.

You will be expected to work fast and have a great knowledge of editing principles.
You will also be tech-savvy and not be afraid of integrating AI generated elements. Such as voice and even avatars into your edits.

The successful person should have:

1-2 years' experience in a similar video production role.
A strong eye for slick, branded edits
A bright and instinctive creative with a passion for motion design.
Highly competent in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiar with After Effects and Photoshop.
Ability to work under pressure and complete projects on time.
Ability to work as part of a team, individually and with wider teams within MetaCompliance.
A determination to learn new skills and around the creative use of techniques, software and new technology such as AI.
A strong work ethos and a professional 'can do' working attitude.
Delivering video content efficiently, to a very high quality and ideally ahead of time.
Methodical, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent co-ordination & time management skills
A sense of humour and the ability to take criticism onboard is essential.
A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude with a desire to go the extra mile for our customers, colleagues and company.
Excellent level of proficiency in English (spoken and written)
