Online Post Production, part of the TVF Media Group, is a full-service production, post-production, and audio facility specialising in editing, GFX, and MCR/distribution services. For over ten years, we've delivered high-quality work across factual content, feature films, advertising, branding, and social media. Our clients include McCann Erickson, Ogilvy, BBC, UEFA Champions League, MasterCard, Channel 4, and Discovery.

We are now looking to recruit a Junior Editor & Creative to join our post-production team. This role is suited to a technically confident, creatively curious editor with professional experience in post-production. You'll work across editing, delivery, quality control, and MCR operations, supporting a busy slate of broadcast, digital, short, and long-form projects.

The position offers hands-on exposure to established post-production workflows alongside emerging AI-assisted creative processes within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and prepare content for broadcast, digital, and global delivery
Support MCR operations, including delivery workflows and technical troubleshooting
Carry out quality control on incoming assets and outgoing deliverables
Manage digital workflows, ensuring outputs meet format, and technical specifications
Liaise with clients and internal teams throughout the post-production process
Work efficiently across multiple projects and tight deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

Experience in a post-production, editing, or MCR role
Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro and Adobe Workflows (essential)
Experience in After Effects
Experience editing broadcast and digital audio formats
High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Clear communication skills and a professional, team-oriented approach
Some design experience would be beneficial but not essential
