We are looking to recruit a talented, hard working, Junior Creative Video Producer to work at our newly refurbished creaive studio in North London. This is a full time position and the hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. We are looking to hire ASAP. This is the perfect job for a proficient, production 'all rounder'.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our creative team as a full time video producer, we are looking for an 'all rounder' who has ideally just left university and is looking to start their career in the advertising sector of video production and online creative.

This is a great chance to learn and develop your skill set whilst proucing online content for our creative clients, we want to find a junior candidate who is willing to work hard, dedicate themselves to Flixmedia and push to progress and move through the creative hierarchy at Flixmedia.

You will be responsible for the ownership and delivery of short product centric videos. Incorporating videography, photography and animation/post effects, you plan, edit, shoot, and deliver video content to some of the world's largest brands including Panasonic, HP, Electrolux, Samsung, LG, Miele, Microsoft and Philips.

This role incorporates a wide range of production and post-production tasks including still product photography, videography on our custom built, rotary photography pods and infinity cove, green screen shoots or shooting with models in a lifestyle studio set-up. Experienced camera operation skills are a must.

All applicants must be practiced, skilled editors and be comfortable using the Final Cut Pro HD suite including FCP, Motion etc, After Effects experience is also needed. The successful person will have knowledge of Photoshop and be comfortable working on a Macintosh operating system.

As this role includes client interaction from time to time the candidate must be confident and articulate when discussing project details with our clients and be polite and presentable at all times. Directing talent (hand models, actors/actresses) on set is a large part of this role so being confident in your abilities and conveying direction in an educated, calm and collected manner is a must.

The candidate must be comfortable working with FTP client administration interfaces and Final Cut Server asset management suite (training will be provided), as well as demonstrating in depth format, codec and compression understanding.

This is a perfect role for someone who is willing to work hard, improve his or her skill set and progress through the Creative Services team at Flixmedia. Role specific training and development will be provided and the successful applicant will get a chance to work with our production team helping to create video related projects, product photography and online media creative.

Skills
Competent still product photographer
Competent video camera operator
Comfortable directing talent in front of camera
Experience with camera track and jib systems is an advantage
Advanced Final Cut Pro editing and exporting understanding
Advanced Photoshop
Knowledge of video formats and compression is required
Working with basic html and basic online administration interfaces
Good working knowledge of Mac OSX and the Microsoft suite.
